Forgot Password

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset your password by navigating to the “Forgot password” page.

How do I reset my password?

1. Go to the login page and click on  “Forgot your password?”
2. Enter your email address. This email address must be the email address you used to register for an account with Enquete.
3. You will receive a verification mail in your email. Click on the verification link.
   Note: If you do not receive a verification email, please make sure to check in the SPAM (Junk) folder. Sometimes the verification email gets filtered into the SPAM folder.
4. After you click on the verification link, a new email will be sent to your email address, with a new password.
5. Login to your Enquete account with the new password. 
6. Change your password to a new one that you can remember
