Tracking Your Unique Password Per Invited Respondent

Before you can track a unique password respondent in your online survey, you need to first setup your survey for unique password per respondents (Secure Survey With Unique Password Per Respondent).

How to track unique password respondents

  1. After you are successfully logged in, select the survey you want to update.

  2. On the “Report” page, click on the “Tracking” button. Your will find an overview of your password tracking along with the contact list group it was sent to.

  3. Click on the password tracking row. This will take you to the tracking overview page, where you will see the response status of each contacts.
