Publishing a training is an important step in the training workflow. When a training is published, it becomes active and ready to be used for collecting feedback, managing sessions, and generating training reports.

If a training remains in draft mode, you will not be able to generate a verified training report. For this reason, you should always confirm that the training has been published before trying to create or download a verified report.

 

Step 1: Go to the Training section

From your Enquete dashboard homepage, click Trainings. This will take you to the training section where you can manage your training programmes and sessions.

Enquete will display your training dashboard. On this page, you will see all the trainings that are available in your account.

 

Step 2: Find the training you want to publish

Look through the list of trainings and find the training you want to publish. If the training has not yet been published, it will usually show a Draft label on the training card.

 

Step 3: Publish the training

To publish the training, click the green Publish button on the training card.

Once the training is published, Enquete can start managing the training workflow. You can continue setting up sessions, collecting feedback, and preparing your training reports.

Important note: You must publish your training before you can generate a verified training report.
