A recurring survey sends the same questions to the same audience on a fixed rhythm, for example weekly or monthly. Enquete.com opens and closes each round automatically, sends the invitations and reminders, and shows how the scores develop from round to round.

How often can a recurring survey be sent?

You choose the rhythm yourself: every week or every few weeks, every month or every few months, or once a year. You also set the day and time, how long a round stays open, and whether a round that falls on a public holiday moves to the next working day or is skipped.

How do I see whether results have changed between rounds?

The trend page shows the score of every tracked question per round, with the margin of error. A difference is only marked as a real change when it falls outside that margin, so a small random movement is not mistaken for a trend. After each round you also receive a summary by e-mail.

You choose per recurring survey whether answers are by name, confidential or anonymous. Yes. You can set alerts on a question score or on the response rate, for example when a score drops by more than a set amount or falls below a threshold. When a round closes and the rule applies, the people you chose receive an e-mail.

With 360° feedback an employee receives feedback from several sides: a self-assessment, the manager, colleagues, direct reports and, if you want, people from outside the organisation. The report sets the employee's self-image against how others see them.

That is up to you. The employee can nominate their own raters, with or without approval by the manager, or HR assigns them. You set per group how many raters are needed at least and at most, and a manager can add or remove people before the invitations go out.

The self-assessment and the manager's feedback are recognisable. Colleagues, direct reports and external raters are only shown as a group, and only when at least three of them responded; a group that is too small is merged, hidden or left out, depending on what you chose. You enter the basics such as name, description, language, duration and whether it is in person or virtual, add the learning objectives, let Enquete generate the survey questions and set when the survey is sent. After creating the training you publish it, so participants can be invited and reports can be generated.

How are the feedback questions for a training created?

Enquete uses AI to generate the survey questions from the learning objectives you entered and the survey type you chose. We recommend adding at least three clear objectives. If you are not satisfied you can regenerate the questions, and you can edit them in full in the question builder after the training has been saved.

Trainer Suite follows the Kirkpatrick training evaluation model and offers four survey types. How do I add attendees to a training session?

You choose per training or per session: when you mark the session as complete, automatically right after the session ends, or at a specific date and time. You can also set a reminder, a number of days after the survey was sent, for attendees who have not responded yet.

Yes, in two ways. Create the session without attendee e-mail addresses and share the link or QR code, so nobody is invited personally. Or switch on the Anonymous survey setting of the training's survey in the question builder; no e-mail address is then stored or shown with a response. The Trainer Suite dashboards show totals, averages and scores, never who gave a response.

What do I need before I set up a webhook?

Standard Webhooks are intended for organisations with a developer or technical team. Your receiving application needs a publicly accessible HTTPS endpoint that accepts HTTP POST requests with a JSON body, a safe place to store the webhook secret and a way to verify the signature of incoming requests. Localhost addresses, private URLs and pages behind a login cannot receive deliveries.

Which events can trigger a webhook?

You can choose between survey.new.response, which fires when a new response is received, and survey.response.completed, which fires when a respondent completes the survey. Each webhook is connected to one survey and one event type, so for several surveys you create a separate webhook per survey.

Each webhook has a test button that sends a test request to your endpoint and shows the HTTP status it returned; a status between 200 and 299 means success. The delivery logs list every request with its payload, response status, response body, error message, duration and attempt number, and can be filtered on successful or failed deliveries.

Create a Zap with Enquete as the trigger, connect your Enquete account and select the survey and the event. Add Google Sheets as the action, choose Create Spreadsheet Row, select your spreadsheet and match each Enquete field to a column. Complete the survey at least once beforehand, because Zapier needs a sample response to find the fields, then test and publish the Zap.

Yes. The Make.com integration works in the same way as the Zapier integration. Two events are available: survey.new.response starts the workflow when Enquete receives a new response, and survey.response.completed starts it when a respondent completes the survey. Use survey.response.completed when you only want to send finished responses to another application.

What is the difference between an anonymous and a confidential survey?

In an anonymous recurring survey a response is not linked to the person at all: Enquete.com only knows that someone answered, so reminders stop. In a confidential survey the link is kept, so a person's answers can be compared between rounds, but nobody at your organisation sees answers by name. In both, results of small groups are hidden.

What does the Anonymous survey setting do in a regular survey?

Does Enquete.com store my IP address?

Not with your answers, for any survey. For a survey that is not anonymous, the IP address and browser are recorded with your invitation at the moment you answer through an e-mail link. For an anonymous survey, a confidential recurring survey and 360° feedback they are not recorded.

Can I see individual responses of an anonymous recurring survey or a 360° survey?

No. For an anonymous or confidential recurring survey and for every 360° survey, the list of respondents, the page of one respondent and the raw Excel or SPSS export are not available. You read the results in the round reports, the trend and the 360° reports, which only show groups of the minimum size.

Why do I get a reminder if the survey is anonymous?

What data is sent to the AI, and is that on by default?

AI summaries are off until you switch them on for a survey. When they are on, the scores and written answers that the report already shows are sent to our AI provider. In your own preferred language, as set in your user profile, or in English when you have not set one. This is independent of the language of the survey, so colleagues with different languages each read the summary in their own language.

Yes. Shortly before each deadline HR receives one e-mail listing who is behind: employees who have not chosen their raters, managers who have not approved a list, and people who are still short of feedback. HR is also told when a report has been waiting to be released. These e-mails never contain scores or answers.
