Distribute Your Survey Using a Survey Link

Sharing your survey via a survey link is the quickest and most convenient way to distribute your survey.

With this method, all you need to do is copy your survey link and share it anywhere — email, social media, messaging apps, websites, or even QR codes. There is no setup required, and your survey can be shared instantly with anyone.

This makes survey links ideal for fast distribution and reaching a wide audience.

However, unlike email campaigns, survey links do not track individual recipients. This means you will not be able to see specific details about who received or clicked the survey. If you need detailed tracking and recipient-level insights, email campaigns are a better option.

When to Use Survey Links

• When you want to share your survey quickly
• When you want to reach a broad audience
• When you are sharing via social media or messaging platforms
• When you do not need to track individual respondents

Step 1: Open the Survey

Go to your dashboard and select the survey you want to distribute.

Step 2: Open the Distribution Options

At the top of the page, click Distribute.

This will open all available distribution options for your survey.

Step 3: Copy the Survey Link

Locate the Survey Link section.

Click Copy.

This will copy the survey link to your clipboard.

Step 4: Share the Link

Open a new tab or any platform where you want to share your survey.

Paste the copied link.

You can now share this link through:

• Email
• Social media
• Messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack)
• Websites
• Any digital platform

Once shared, respondents can access your survey directly through the link.

Responses will be collected in your dashboard as participants complete the survey.
