Sharing your survey on social media is one of the fastest and most effective ways to reach a large audience.
Platforms like WhatsApp, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn allow you to instantly share your survey with people where they are already active. Because users regularly engage with content on social media, surveys shared through these channels often receive higher visibility and engagement.
Social media distribution is ideal when you want to quickly gather responses, reach a broad audience, or encourage participation through familiar platforms.
Distributing your survey on social media helps you:
Go to your dashboard and select the survey you want to distribute.
At the top of the page, click Distribute.
This will open all available distribution options for your survey.
Locate the option labeled Share on Socials.
Here, you will see the available platforms:
Select the platform you want to use.
After selecting a platform, a small window will open.
Enter the caption or message you want to accompany your survey link.
This message is what your audience will see when the survey is shared.
For example:
“Help us improve! Take this quick 2-minute survey.”
Click Next or Publish, depending on the platform.
Your survey will now be shared on the selected social media platform.
Once published, your survey will appear on your selected social media platform.
Your audience can click the link and complete the survey directly.
Responses will begin to collect in your dashboard as users participate.
