Downloading your survey as a PDF allows you to create a printable version of your survey that can be shared and completed offline.

This is useful when your respondents do not have access to the internet or when you want to distribute surveys in physical locations such as events, classrooms, or field environments.

With a PDF version, you can print your survey and collect responses manually on paper.

Using a PDF version of your survey is helpful when:

  • You need to distribute surveys offline
  • Your audience does not have internet access
  • You are conducting field research or in-person data collection
  • You want a printed version for review or documentation

For example:

You may print surveys for event attendees, students in a classroom, or participants in remote locations where online access is limited.

Step 1: Open the Survey

Go to your dashboard and select the survey you want to download.

Step 2: Open the Distribution Options

At the top of the page, click Distribute.

This will open all available distribution options for your survey.

Step 3: Download the PDF

Locate the Print section.

Click Download Print.

The survey will automatically be downloaded to your computer in PDF format.

Step 4: Open and Print the Survey

Open the downloaded PDF file.

You will see all your survey questions displayed in a printable format.

You can now print the document and distribute it manually to respondents.

Once printed, respondents can fill out the survey on paper.

You can then collect the completed forms and manually review or enter the responses into your system if needed.
