Deleting your Enquete account means permanently removing your account from the platform. This option is useful when you no longer need your account, no longer use Enquete, or do not want your account data to remain on the platform.
Before deleting your account, make sure this is the action you want to take. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in, access your dashboard, manage your surveys, view collected responses, download reports, or use any subscription features connected to that account.
Important: Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to your surveys, responses, reports, contacts, subscription details, and other account information.
Before deleting your Enquete account, we recommend reviewing the information connected to your account and downloading anything you may need later.
If you have active surveys, collected responses, exported reports, invoices, or contact lists, make sure you save them before continuing. After your account is deleted, this information may no longer be available from your dashboard.
If you have an active paid subscription, you should also check your subscription status before deleting your account. If needed, cancel your subscription or turn off auto-renewal first so that future subscription payments are stopped.
You can delete your account from your account settings. Follow the steps below to find the account deletion option.
Go to the Enquete website and sign in with your email address and password. After signing in, you will be taken to your dashboard.
You must be signed in before you can access the account settings where the account deletion option is available.
At the top of the screen, click your profile menu. This menu gives you access to account-related options, including your profile, account settings, subscription information, and other account management tools.
From the profile menu, click Account Settings. This opens the settings area where you can manage your personal account information and account preferences.
This section is where you can request to permanently delete your Enquete account.
Before continuing, carefully read the warning message shown on the account deletion page or section.
The warning explains what happens when your account is deleted. Make sure you understand that you may lose access to your surveys, responses, reports, contacts, and other account data after deletion.
Check the box that says "Yes, I'd like to Delete my account."
This confirmation step is important because account deletion is permanent and cannot be treated like a normal sign-out or subscription cancellation.
After confirming the deletion, complete the process by clicking "Delete my Account". Once the deletion is successful, your account access will be removed.
You may be signed out automatically after the account has been deleted. After this, you will no longer be able to access your Enquete dashboard with that account.
Important: Deleting your account is different from canceling your subscription. If your goal is only to stop future payments, go to your subscription settings and turn off auto-renewal instead.
