Invalid credentials

You may see the Invalid credentials error message when trying to sign in to your Enquete account.

This message usually means that either your email address or password is incorrect. For security reasons, the system does not specify which one is wrong. If the email address entered does not match an existing account, or if the password does not match the email address, the login attempt will not be successful.

What to check

If you see this message, check the following:

  • Make sure your email address is entered correctly.

  • Check that there are no spelling mistakes in your email address.

  • Make sure you are using the correct password for your Enquete account.

  • Check that your keyboard settings, caps lock, or autofill did not enter the wrong password.

What to do next

If you are not sure your password is correct, click Forgot password on the login page. This will allow you to reset your password and create a new one.

After resetting your password, return to the login page and try signing in again with your email address and new password.

 

Email Address not Verified

You may see the message Please verify your email address before logging in when trying to sign in after creating a new Enquete account.

When you create an account on Enquete, you need to verify your email address before you can log in successfully. After registration, Enquete sends a verification email to the email address you used to create the account. You must open that email and click the verification link to confirm that the email address belongs to you.

If you try to log in before completing this verification step, the platform will show this message.

What this message means

This message means that your account was created, but your email address has not yet been verified. You need to complete the email verification process before you can access your account.

What to do next

If you see this message, click Resend verification email on the login page.

A new verification email will be sent to your registered email address. Open the email and click the verification link. After your email address has been verified, you can return to the login page and sign in to your Enquete account.

If you cannot find the verification email

If the verification email does not appear in your inbox, check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder. Also, make sure you are checking the same email address you used when creating your Enquete account.

Once you find the verification email, click the verification link to complete the process.
