Your Enquete account details contain the personal and company information connected to your account. Keeping this information up to date helps ensure that your account profile, billing details, and platform records remain accurate.

From your account settings, you can view and update details such as your personal information, address, and company information. You can also change your password from the same account area when you want to update your sign-in credentials.

 

How to view and edit your account details

You can manage your account information from the account settings area inside your Enquete dashboard.

Step 1: Log in to your Enquete account

Go to the Enquete platform and sign in with your email address and password. After signing in, you will be taken to your dashboard, where you can access your surveys and account settings.

Step 2: Open the profile menu

At the top of the screen, click your profile menu. This menu gives you access to account-related options, including your account settings.

Step 3: Open the Account Settings tab

From the profile menu, go to the Account tab. This is where your account settings are located.

The Account Settings tab allows you to manage the details connected to your Enquete profile, including your personal information, address details, and company information.

Step 4: Update your personal or company information

In the account settings area, review the available fields and update the information you want to change.

You may be able to edit details such as your name, address, company name, or other account-related information. Fill in all necessary fields carefully so your account information remains accurate.

Step 5: Save your changes

After updating your account details, click Save Changes.

This saves the updated information to your Enquete account. If you leave the page without saving, your changes may not be applied.

Important: Always click Save Changes after editing your account details. Changes are only stored after they have been saved.

How to change your password

You can also change your password from the account settings area. This is useful when you want to improve account security or update your password after using the same one for a long time.

Step 1: Go to the password change form

Below your account details section, look for the password change form.

This form allows you to create a new password for your Enquete account without using the forgot password process.

Step 2: Enter your password details

Fill in the required password fields. You may need to enter your current password and then enter your new password.

Choose a strong password that is difficult for others to guess. A good password should be unique and should not be reused across different websites or platforms.

Step 3: Confirm your new password

If the form asks you to confirm your new password, enter the same new password again.

This helps make sure there are no typing mistakes before your password is updated.

Step 4: Click Update Password

When you are done, click Update Password.

Your password will be updated, and you should use the new password the next time you sign in to your Enquete account.

Note: After changing your password, make sure you store it safely. If you forget it later, you can use the forgot password option on the sign-in page to reset it.

Your account settings help you keep your Enquete profile accurate and secure. Depending on the available fields in your account, you can manage personal information, company information, address details, and password settings.
