If you forget your Enquete password, you can reset it from the sign-in page. This allows you to create a new password and regain access to your survey account without creating a new account.

Password reset is useful when you cannot remember your current password, did not save your password safely, changed devices, or can no longer sign in with the password you usually use. To reset your password, you need access to the email address connected to your Enquete account.

Note: You can only reset the password for an email address that is already connected to an Enquete account.

How to reset your Enquete password

You can start the password reset process from the Enquete sign-in page by clicking the forgot password option.

Step 1: Go to the Enquete sign-in page

Open the Enquete website and click Login. This takes you to the sign-in page where you normally enter your email address and password.

Step 2: Click Forgot password

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password. This option is usually shown below the password field.

Clicking this option opens the password reset page, where you can request a reset link for your account.

Step 3: Enter your email address

On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your Enquete account.

Make sure the email address is typed correctly. If the email address is not valid or not connected to an Enquete account, you may not receive the password reset email.

Step 4: Click Reset password

After entering your email address, click Reset password. Enquete will use the email address you entered to send password reset instructions.

You should then check your email inbox for the password reset message.

Step 5: Check your email inbox

Open the inbox of the email address you entered. Look for an email from Enquete with instructions for resetting your password.

If you do not see the email immediately, wait a few minutes and also check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

Step 6: Open the reset password link

Open the email and click the password reset link or button. This will take you to a page where you can create a new password for your Enquete account.

For security reasons, password reset links may only work for a limited time. If the link has expired, return to the forgot password page and request a new one.

Step 7: Create a new password

Enter your new password on the reset password page. Choose a strong password that you can remember but that is not easy for someone else to guess.

After entering your new password, confirm it if the page asks you to do so, then submit the form to save the new password.

Step 8: Sign in with your new password

After your password has been reset successfully, return to the Enquete sign-in page.

Enter your email address and the new password you just created. If the details are correct, you will be signed in and redirected to your Enquete dashboard.

If you do not receive the password reset email

If the password reset email does not arrive, wait a few minutes and check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Also confirm that you entered the correct email address linked to your Enquete account.

If you still do not receive the reset email, try submitting the password reset request again. If the problem continues, contact Enquete support so we can help you regain access to your account.

Important: Do not share your password reset email or reset link with anyone. Anyone with access to the reset link may be able to change your account password.
