When you subscribe to an Enquete plan, you can choose how often your account is billed. Enquete supports both monthly billing and annual billing, so you can select the billing option that works best for your budget and how long you plan to use the platform.
Monthly billing means your account is billed every month. Annual billing means your account is billed once per year. Annual billing is usually the best option when you plan to use Enquete for a longer period, because it normally gives you a lower monthly cost compared to paying month by month.
On the Enquete pricing page, the annual option shows the plan price as per month, billed annually, while the monthly option shows the plan price as per month. Prices may also reflect active promotions when available.
For most users, annual billing is usually the better choice if they expect to use Enquete regularly throughout the year. It helps reduce the monthly cost and is useful for businesses, schools, researchers, teams, and organisations that collect survey responses on an ongoing basis.
Monthly billing is useful when you prefer more flexibility or only need Enquete for a shorter period. With monthly billing, your subscription renews every month instead of once per year.
Note: You usually save more when you choose annual billing. If you switch from annual billing to monthly billing, the annual saving no longer applies.
You can select your billing cycle when choosing a subscription plan from the upgrade page.
Go to the Enquete platform and log in with your account details. After logging in, you will be taken to your dashboard, where you can manage your surveys, account settings, and subscription options.
On the top of the screen, click the Upgrade button. This opens the subscription page where you can view the available Enquete plans.
This is where you can compare plans and decide which subscription level fits your needs.
After clicking Upgrade, you will see the available paid plans. Each plan shows its price, response limit, and key features.
Before choosing a plan, check whether the price shown is based on monthly billing or annual billing. This helps you understand how often you will be charged and how the displayed price is calculated.
At the top of the payment plans, you will see two billing options: Monthly and Annual.
The billing option is set to Annual by default. This means the prices shown are based on annual billing, where you pay once per year and usually receive a lower monthly equivalent price.
If you prefer to pay every month instead of once per year, click the Monthly button next to the annual option.
When you switch to monthly billing, the prices will update to show the monthly plan costs. Monthly billing gives you more flexibility, but you will no longer receive the annual saving that applies when you choose annual billing.
If you want to return to the annual option, click the Annual button again.
Annual billing is usually recommended if you plan to use Enquete for a longer period. It allows you to pay for the year upfront and benefit from the lower monthly equivalent price available on annual plans.
After selecting your billing cycle, go to the plan you want and click Choose Plan.
Make sure the correct billing option is selected before continuing. The plan you choose will use the billing cycle currently shown on the pricing page.
After clicking Choose Plan, you will be taken to the checkout page. Here, you can review the selected plan, confirm the billing amount, add a discount code if you have one, accept the terms and conditions, and continue to payment.
Important: Always check whether Monthly or Annual is selected before clicking Choose Plan. This ensures you subscribe using the billing cycle you intended to use.
