Enquete offers different subscription plans so you can choose the level that best matches how you create, distribute, and analyse surveys. Whether you are collecting a small number of responses, running regular customer feedback surveys, or managing advanced survey workflows for a larger organisation, each plan gives you access to different limits and features.
You can start with the Free plan to create and test surveys with basic limits. When you need more responses, more active surveys, advanced survey features, branding control, email campaigns, analytics, integrations, or higher usage limits, you can upgrade to a paid subscription.
Here are the different subscription plans available on the Enquete platform
The Free plan is useful when you want to try Enquete, create your first survey, or collect a small number of responses without committing to a paid subscription.
With the Free plan, you can create surveys and collect up to 25 responses per month. This is a good starting point if you are exploring the platform or testing whether Enquete fits your needs.
The Starter plan is designed for users who want to create more professional surveys and collect more responses than the Free plan allows.
This plan is suitable for small businesses, students, educators, researchers, or individuals who need more flexibility when creating surveys. It includes up to 1,000 responses per month and access to useful features such as AI Survey Creator, CSAT questions, email embed, and web-app pop-up options.
The Business plan is designed for users and teams that need more advanced survey features, higher response limits, and better support for regular feedback collection.
This plan is suitable when you send surveys often, collect feedback from larger audiences, use email campaigns, need integrations, or want stronger reporting and analysis options. It includes up to 5,000 responses per month and is usually the most suitable option for users who want to get serious value from Enquete without moving to an enterprise-level plan.
The Enterprise plan is designed for larger organisations with more complex survey workflows.
This plan is suitable when your organisation needs unlimited responses, advanced survey operations, or a plan that can support larger-scale feedback collection. The Enterprise plan includes unlimited responses per month and is intended for companies with more demanding survey needs.
Follow these steps to upgrade your account or subscribe to a paid Enquete plan.
Go to the Enquete platform and log in with your account details. After logging in, you will be taken to your dashboard, where you can manage your surveys and account settings.
At the top of the screen, click the Upgrade icon. This opens the subscription upgrade area where you can view the available paid plans.
Use this option when you want to move from the Free plan to a paid plan, or when you want to upgrade your current subscription to a higher plan.
After clicking Upgrade, you will see the main subscription plans available on Enquete.
Take a moment to compare the plans based on your expected usage. Pay attention to the number of responses per month, available features, and whether the plan matches how often you collect survey responses.
When you find the subscription that fits your needs, click Choose Plan on that plan.
This confirms that you want to continue with that subscription option. You are not charged immediately at this stage. You will first be taken to the checkout page, where you can review the subscription details before completing your payment.
After selecting a plan, you will be taken to the Checkout page.
The checkout page shows the total amount you need to pay for the selected subscription. This allows you to confirm the plan, billing amount, and payment details before continuing.
If Enquete is running a promotion and you have a discount code, enter it in the discount code field.
This step is optional. A discount code gives you a percentage discount on the plan you selected. After entering the code, click Apply so the discount can be calculated and added to your checkout total.
Note: Discount codes only work when they are valid and active. If a code has expired or is entered incorrectly, the discount may not be applied.
Before you can complete your subscription, you must select the checkbox confirming that you agree to the terms and conditions.
This step is required. The Complete Subscription button will only be available after you have accepted the terms and conditions.
Once you have reviewed the subscription details, applied any discount code, and accepted the terms and conditions, click Complete Subscription.
This will take you to the payment process, where you can choose or confirm your payment method and complete the payment securely.
Follow the payment steps shown on the screen. The exact steps may depend on the payment method available to you.
Make sure you complete the full payment process. Your subscription will only become active after the payment has been completed successfully.
After your payment is completed, you will see a Payment Successful screen.
This confirms that your subscription has been activated. From this screen, you can click Go to subscription dashboard to view and manage your subscription.
After your payment is successful, your account is updated with the features and limits of the plan you selected. You can continue creating surveys, collecting responses, using available features, and managing your subscription from your subscription dashboard.
Your subscription dashboard allows you to review your current plan and manage billing-related information connected to your account.
