Discount and coupon codes allow you to reduce the amount you pay for an Enquete subscription plan. When Enquete runs a promotion or provides a special offer, you may receive a code that can be entered during checkout before completing your subscription payment.
Using a discount code is optional. If you have a valid code, you can apply it on the checkout page and the discount will be calculated before you continue to payment. This helps you confirm the final amount before completing your subscription.
A discount or coupon code is applied during the checkout process. After you select a subscription plan, Enquete shows the checkout page where you can review the plan, billing amount, and payment details.
If you have a coupon code, you can enter it in the discount code field and click Apply. When the code is accepted, the checkout total is updated to reflect the discount. You can then continue with the payment process using the reduced amount shown on the checkout page.
If the code is invalid, expired, or not available for the selected plan, the discount may not be applied. In that case, you can check the code and try again, or continue without using a discount code.
You can use a discount or coupon code when subscribing to a paid Enquete plan.
Go to the Enquete platform and log in with your account details. After logging in, you will be taken to your dashboard, where you can manage your surveys, account settings, and subscription options.
At the top of the screen, click the Upgrade button. This opens the subscription area where you can view the available Enquete plans.
The upgrade page allows you to compare the available plans and choose the subscription that fits your needs.
At the top of the plans, select whether you want to use Monthly or Annual billing.
This is important because some discount codes may be linked to a specific billing cycle. For example, a promotion may apply to annual plans only, while another may work for both monthly and annual subscriptions.
Go to the plan you want to subscribe to and click Choose Plan.
This takes you to the checkout page. You are not charged immediately after clicking Choose Plan. You will first be able to review the subscription details and apply a discount code if you have one.
On the checkout page, review the selected plan and the total amount shown. This helps you confirm that you selected the correct subscription and billing cycle before continuing.
The checkout page is also where you can enter a discount or coupon code before completing your subscription.
Find the discount code field on the checkout page and enter your code exactly as provided.
Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code. Coupon codes may be case-sensitive depending on how they were created, so it is best to copy and paste the code carefully when possible.
After entering the code, click Apply. Enquete will check the code and apply the discount if the code is valid for your selected plan.
When the discount is successfully applied, the checkout total will update. Review the new amount before continuing to payment.
Important: Always click Apply after entering your discount code. If you enter a code but do not apply it, the discount may not be added to your checkout total.
Before completing your subscription, select the checkbox confirming that you agree to the terms and conditions.
This step is required before you can continue. The subscription cannot be completed until you have accepted the terms and conditions.
After applying your discount code and reviewing the final amount, click Complete Subscription.
You will then be taken to the payment process, where you can complete the payment using the available payment method. Once the payment is successful, your subscription will be activated.
When a discount code is applied successfully, the total amount on the checkout page is updated before you pay. This allows you to see the discounted price before completing the subscription.
The discount only applies according to the rules of the code. Some discounts may apply once, while others may apply for a limited period or to a specific subscription plan. The final amount shown on the checkout page is the amount you should expect to pay for that transaction.
