How to View Your Account Information

3 min read Updated 28 September 2026

Do you want to check your current Enquete subscription, billing details, or account usage? You can find all your subscription information in one place from your account settings.

The Subscription Info page gives you an overview of your current plan, subscription dates, billing information, subscription history, and usage limits. You can also manage your subscription, including renewing or cancelling it.

How to view your subscription information

You can view your subscription information from your account settings. The Subscription Info page contains all the important details about your Enquete account and subscription.

Step 1: Log in to your Enquete account

Go to the Enquete platform and log in with your account details. After logging in, you will be taken to your dashboard, where you can manage your surveys, account settings, subscription, and other account information.

Step 2: Open the profile menu

At the top right corner of the dashboard, click your profile menu. The profile button is located close to the Create Survey button.

This menu gives you access to account-related options.

Step 3: Click Account Settings

From the profile menu, click Account Settings.

This opens the section where you can manage your account details, subscription, billing information, and other account settings.

Step 4: Open Subscription Info

Inside Account Settings, click Subscription Info.

This will open your subscription dashboard, where you can view all the relevant information about your Enquete account and subscription.

Step 5: View your subscription information

On the Subscription Info page, you can scroll through the dashboard to view information about your account and subscription.

Depending on your account, you may find information such as:

  • Current plan – See the Enquete plan you are currently subscribed to.

  • Subscription start date – See when your current subscription or account subscription started.

  • Next billing date – See when your next subscription payment is scheduled.

  • Subscription history – Review information about your previous subscriptions and billing activity.

  • Usage and limits – See how much of your available plan usage you have used and the limits that apply to your account.

  • Subscription status – Check whether your subscription is active and whether it is set to renew automatically.

Step 6: Manage your subscription

The Subscription Info page also allows you to manage your subscription.

Depending on your current subscription status, you can use the available options to renew, cancel, or continue your subscription.

You can also check the auto-renewal settings to see whether your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current billing period.

Important: If you cancel your subscription, check the information displayed on the page carefully to understand when the cancellation takes effect and how it affects your access to your current plan.

Step 7: View your subscription history

The Subscription History section allows you to review previous subscription activity on your Enquete account.

Here, you can see details such as:

  • The plan you were subscribed to.
  • The date and time of each subscription activity.
  • Whether the subscription was renewed.
  • The billing period, such as monthly.
  • Previous automatic subscription renewals.

Your subscription history is displayed in chronological order, making it easy to review your previous subscription activity and see when your plan was renewed.

Step 8: Check your usage and limits

To see the usage limits associated with your plan, scroll to the Usage and Limits section of the Subscription Info page.

Here you can see the resources included with your plan and how much of each resource you have used. This helps you understand your current usage and determine whether you are approaching any of your plan limits.

Reviewing this section regularly can help you avoid unexpected limitations when creating surveys, collecting responses, or using other Enquete features.
