If you no longer want to continue using a paid Enquete plan, you can cancel your subscription by turning off auto-renewal. This stops your subscription from renewing automatically on your next billing date.
Canceling your subscription helps you avoid being charged for a service you no longer need or no longer use. Your current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, but Enquete will not automatically renew it when the next payment date arrives.
When you cancel your Enquete subscription, your automatic renewal is turned off. This means your account will not be billed again on the next monthly or annual renewal date.
If you are on a monthly plan, your subscription will not renew the following month. If you are on an annual plan, your subscription will not renew the following year. You can continue using the paid features available in your current plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Note: Canceling your subscription typically does not result in the immediate removal of your account. It only stops the automatic renewal for the next billing period.
You can cancel your subscription by turning off the auto-renewal option in your account settings.
Go to the Enquete platform and log in with your account details. After logging in, you will be taken to your dashboard, where you can manage your surveys, account settings, and subscription information.
At the top of the screen, click your profile menu. This menu gives you access to account-related options, including your account settings and subscription details.
From the profile menu, click Account Settings. This opens the area where you can manage your personal account details, billing information, and subscription settings.
Inside Account Settings, open the Subscription Info tab. This tab shows information about your current Enquete subscription.
Here, you can see the plan you are currently using, the amount connected to your subscription, and your next billing date. The next billing date tells you when your subscription would renew if auto-renewal remains active.
Before canceling, check the subscription information shown on the page. Make sure you understand which plan is active and when the next renewal payment is scheduled.
This helps you confirm that you are canceling the correct subscription and understand when your paid access may end.
To cancel your subscription, click or toggle the auto-renewal setting so that renewal is turned off.
Turning off auto-renewal means your subscription will not renew on the next billing date. Enquete will not automatically charge your account for the next monthly or annual period.
After turning off auto-renewal, check that the setting shows that your subscription renewal has been stopped.
Once auto-renewal is disabled, no future subscription payment will be billed from your account for that plan unless you manually subscribe again or turn auto-renewal back on.
Important: Always confirm that auto-renewal is turned off after canceling. This ensures your subscription will not be renewed on the next billing date.
