Trainer Suite is an Enquete feature designed for trainers, training companies, HR teams, and learning and development teams that deliver training more than once. It helps you create structured training feedback, collect responses from participants, and measure performance across different training sessions.

When you create a training in Trainer Suite, you define the main training programme once. You can then add sessions under that training, collect feedback from attendees, and use the results to understand how well the training is performing.

Step 1: Open the Trainer Dashboard

Log in to your Enquete account and go to your main dashboard.

At the top of your dashboard, you will see the View Trainer Dashboard button. Click View Trainer Dashboard to open the Trainer Suite area.

The Trainer Dashboard gives you an overview of your training activity. Here, you can see information such as the total number of trainings you have created and the total number of sessions available across your trainings.

Step 2: Start a new training

On the Trainer Dashboard, go to the top right corner of the screen.

Click New Training. This button appears below the Create Survey option.

After clicking New Training, Enquete will open the training creation panel. This is where you define the default information and settings that will be used for every session under this training.

Step 3: Complete the Basics section

The first section of the training creation process is Basics.

In this section, enter the main information about your training. This includes the training name, description, language, duration, and the default start time for the training.

You can also choose whether the training will be delivered as an in-person training or a virtual training.

Completing this section correctly helps Enquete understand the basic structure of the training and apply the right defaults when new sessions are created.

When you are done, click Next.

Step 4: Add the learning objectives

The next section is where you add the learning objectives for the training.

Learning objectives describe what participants should learn, achieve, or understand during the training. These objectives are important because they help Enquete generate more relevant feedback questions for your survey.

To add an objective, click Add Objective.

In the input field, type the objective you want the training to accomplish. Repeat this process until you have added all the objectives for the training.

When you are finished, click Next.

It is recommended to add at least three learning objectives for every training. Clear objectives help the AI create questions that are closely connected to the purpose of the training.

Step 5: Generate the training survey questions

The next section is Survey.

This is where Enquete helps you generate survey questions for the training. The questions are generated based on the learning objectives you added in the previous step.

You can also select the survey model you want to use. The available models are based on the Kirkpatrick training evaluation model, which enables trainers to assess different levels of training effectiveness.

Depending on what you want to measure, you can choose the model that best matches your training goal. After you select a model, Enquete will generate questions based on that model and your learning objectives.

Review the generated questions carefully. If you are satisfied with the questions, click Next.

If you are not satisfied with the questions, click Regenerate. Enquete will create a new set of questions for you.

You can still edit the questions later. Full question editing is available in the question builder after the training has been saved.

Step 6: Set the survey delivery defaults

The final section allows you to set the default survey delivery settings for the training.

Here, you can decide when the feedback survey should be sent to participants. For example, you can choose to send the survey immediately after the session ends, send it automatically when a session is completed, or set a specific time for the survey to be sent.

These defaults help you collect feedback at the right time without having to manually send the survey after every session.

Step 7: Reminder days after send

Use the Reminder (days after send) field to decide when Enquete should remind participants who have not completed the survey.

The reminder is set in days after the survey has been sent. For example, if you enter 1, Enquete can send a reminder one day after the survey is delivered. If you enter 3, the reminder can be sent three days after the survey is delivered.

If you do not want to send a reminder, leave this field empty.

Reminders can help improve your response rate by encouraging participants to complete the survey after the first invitation has been sent.

Step 8: Anonymous responses

You can also choose whether responses should be anonymous by default.

To make responses anonymous, enable Anonymous responses by default. When this option is enabled, respondent names are hidden in the results. This can help participants feel more comfortable giving honest feedback about the training.

If you want to see which attendee submitted each response, leave this option disabled.

Use anonymous responses when you want participants to give open and honest feedback without their names being shown in the results.

Step 9: Create the training

After completing all sections, click Create Training.

Your new training will now be created in Enquete.

After the training is created, Enquete will take you to the dashboard for that specific training.

Step 10: Publish the training

To publish the training, click the green Publish button on the training card. This button is located beside the Edit button.

On the training overview page, you will see the training card with the training title, description, number of sessions, and feedback status. If the training has not yet been published, it will show a Draft label.

Once the training is published, Enquete can start managing the training workflow. Participants can be invited, feedback can be collected, and training reports can be generated based on the responses received.

Important note: You must publish your training before you can generate the verified report.
