Trainer Suite is an Enquete feature designed for trainers, training companies, HR teams, and learning and development teams that deliver the same training more than once. It helps you collect feedback from each training session, compare results over time, and create verified reports that can be shared with clients or internal stakeholders.

Unlike a regular survey, Trainer Suite understands that a training programme may happen many times. For example, you may deliver the same onboarding training every month, the same leadership training to different teams, or the same compliance training for several client groups. Instead of creating a new training survey from scratch every time, Trainer Suite lets you create one training structure and connect multiple sessions to it.

Parts of Trainer Suite

Trainer Suite is built around two important parts: Training and Sessions.

A Training is the main programme or course you deliver. This could be a leadership workshop, safety training, onboarding programme, customer service training, or any other recurring training activity.

A Session is one specific delivery of that training. For example, if you deliver the same leadership workshop on three different dates, each date can be created as a separate session under the same training.

This structure allows you to collect feedback for each session separately while still keeping all results connected to the main training. This makes it easier to measure performance, compare sessions, and understand whether your training is improving over time.

 

How is Trainer Suite different from regular surveys?

A regular survey is usually created as a single, standalone feedback form. It works well when you only need to collect responses once. However, when you deliver the same training repeatedly, regular surveys can become difficult to manage.

With regular surveys, you may need to duplicate the survey, rename it, send it manually, and later compare results across different survey dashboards or exports. This can take extra time and make it harder to see the bigger picture.
