Training feedback becomes more valuable when it can be shared clearly and trusted by the people who need to review it. For trainers, clients, sponsors, and internal teams, it is important to see more than just collected responses. They need a clear summary of participant experience, satisfaction, and overall training performance. This makes it easier to prove the value of a training, identify improvement areas, and support future decisions with real feedback from participants.

A Verified Training Report is a shareable report that shows the performance of a training based on real feedback collected from participants through Enquete. It gives trainers, training companies, HR teams, clients, and sponsors a reliable way to review training results and confirm that the feedback came from actual survey responses. It summarises important training results and includes verification details that help confirm the report source.

The report is useful because it allows others to view the training performance without needing access to your Enquete account. When you share the report link, the recipient can open the report and review the results directly.

This helps move training feedback from a private dashboard into a professional proof document that can be used for reporting, client communication, and quality assurance.

Unlike a normal internal dashboard, the Verified Training Report can be shared outside your Enquete account. This makes it useful when you need to prove the quality, impact, or progress of a training to a client, sponsor, manager, or stakeholder.

Why use a Verified Training Report?

A Verified Training Report helps you show evidence of how your training performed. Instead of only saying that a training went well, you can share a report that contains feedback results collected through Enquete.

You can use the report to:

  • Share training results with clients or sponsors.
  • Show proof of participant feedback.
  • Support training reviews and renewal discussions.
  • Demonstrate the value of a training programme.
  • Provide stakeholders with a trusted summary of training performance.

What is included in the Verified Training Report?

The Verified Training Report focuses on the most important results from your training feedback. It can include overall performance information such as satisfaction, recommendation results, response activity, and participant comments.

It also includes verification information that helps identify the report and its data source.

This may include:

  • Report ID
  • Data source
  • GDPR compliance information

These details help show that the report is connected to feedback data collected through Enquete.

The Verified Training Report can also display selected participant comments. These comments help explain the scores shown in the report.

For example, if the training received a high satisfaction score, the comments may show what participants found useful. If there are areas that need improvement, the comments may show what participants struggled with or what they expected to be better.

This makes the report more useful because it not only shows numbers. It also gives clients or stakeholders insight into the participant experience.

Step 1: Open the Trainer Dashboard

Log in to your Enquete account and go to your main dashboard.

At the top of your dashboard, click View Trainer Dashboard.

This will open the Trainer Dashboard, where you can see the trainings available on your account.

Step 2: Select the training

On the Trainer Dashboard, select the training for which you want to get a verified report.

Confirm that the training is published. If the training has not yet been published, it will show a Draft label on the training card. You must publish the training before you can generate a verified training report. To do this, click the green Publish button on the training card.

After selecting the training, Enquete will open the dashboard for that specific training.

On this training dashboard, you can see a summary of the training activity, including sessions, attendees, respondents, response rate, and average satisfaction.

Step 3: Open the Report Card

On the training dashboard, go to the top right corner of the screen.

Click Report Card. The Report Card button is located next to New Session.

The Report Card gives you access to the training summary and the option to generate or copy the shareable verified report link.

Step 4: Get the shareable report link

On the Report Card page, scroll down to the bottom of the report.

Click Get Shareable Link.

When you click this button, Enquete copies the verified report link to your clipboard.

Important: You must publish your training before you can view the verified report sharable link.

Step 5: Share the Verified Training Report

After the link has been copied, you can share it with your client, sponsor, manager, or stakeholder.

You can send the link through email, chat, or any other communication platform you normally use.

When the recipient opens the link, they will be taken to the Verified Training Report. They can then review the training results directly without logging into your Enquete account.

When should you share a Verified Training Report?

You can share a Verified Training Report whenever you need to show the results of a training in a professional and transparent way.

For example, you can share it:

  • After completing a training session or group of sessions.
  • When reporting to a client or sponsor.
  • When showing evidence of training quality.
  • During internal learning and development reviews.
  • When preparing for a renewal, follow-up training, or new proposal.

Why the verified report matters

The Verified Training Report gives your training feedback more credibility. Because the report is generated from feedback collected through Enquete, it helps stakeholders see the results in a structured and transparent format.

This is especially useful for trainers and training companies that need to show proof of performance. It allows you to support your claims with actual participant feedback instead of relying only on manual summaries or screenshots.
