Launch Your First Survey

Launching your first survey in Enquete is simple and flexible. Whether you want to generate questions with AI, build everything from scratch, or start from a ready-made template, you can create and publish your survey in just a few steps.

This guide walks you through the entire process — from creating your survey to editing it in the builder and finally distributing it to your audience.

Step 1: Click Create Survey

After logging into your account, go to the top right corner of your dashboard and click Create Survey.

You will see three different ways to create your survey:

• Create Survey with AI: If you choose AI, Enquete helps generate questions for you.

• Create Survey from Scratch: If you choose From Scratch, you build everything yourself.

• Create Survey from Template: If you choose Template, you start from a professionally designed structure and customize it.

You can choose any of these options depending on your preference.

After selecting your preferred method, you will be taken to the Survey Builder.

Step 2: Build and Edit Your Survey in the Survey Builder

The Survey Builder is where you create and refine your survey questions.

Here, you can:

• Edit the name of the survey

• Add new questions

• Remove questions

• Reorder questions

• Change question types

• Edit question text

• Modify answer options

To add a question, click the Add Question button. You can then enter your question text, choose the question type, and configure the available answer options.

As you make changes, the live preview on the right-hand side of the screen updates automatically. This allows you to instantly see how your survey will appear to respondents.

You can continue editing until your survey looks exactly the way you want.

Step 3: Distribute Your Survey

Once your survey is ready, click Distribute at the top of the screen.

The Distribution page provides multiple ways to send your survey to respondents. You can distribute your survey:

• By link

• Via social media

• Through email invitations

• By print

• Using a QR code

• On your webpage

Choose the distribution method that best fits your audience.

After sharing your survey, respondents can begin submitting answers. Responses are collected in real time within your Enquete dashboard based on the channels you selected. You can monitor results and analyze responses from your dashboard.
